+clock_gettime() needs -lrt with glibc < 2.17,

+and possibly other platforms

+On systems without clock_gettime (-cough- Mac OSX -cough-),

+use gettimeofday() (deprecated in POSIX.1-2008) which is slightly
|
|
|
